EFFIS data are freely available and accessible (please refer to the license https://effis.jrc.ec.europa.eu/about-effis/data-license).
Most of them are very easy to access through WMS servers:

clicking on the blue icon near each dataset name you will get a sample working url for the that dataset showing all the parameters.
Both servers are standard WMS so it is easy to use them with any application/library compliant to the standard;
the only parameter that need a little more attention is the TIME parameter that is needed for all the layers but: Human Settlement Layer, Protected Areas Layer, CCI Landcover, Fuels
