- "Work" means a collection of independent works – either literary or scientific works including broadcasts, scientific discoveries, photographs, images, or artistic works – data or other materials arranged in a systematic or methodical way and individually accessible by electronic or other means, that is offered under the Terms of this License
- "Reproduce" means to make copies of the Work by any means including the right of fixation and reproducing fixations of the Work, including storage of the Work in digital form or other electronic medium.

You can reuse data free of charge, provided that the source is acknowledged. You do not have a right to use any trademarks, trade names or names of the Communities, the Commission or the JRC, nor register them as a trademark.
4. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMER
The Work is offered to You "as is". The Community disclaims all warranties relating to the Work, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty against infringement of third parties property rights, of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The Community does not represent or warrant that the Work will be error free or uninterrupted, or that all non-conformities can or will be corrected, or that the Work is timely, accurate or complete or that is of a satisfactory technical or scientific quality.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Community will not be liable for any loss of use, lost data, interruption of business or incidental, special, exemplary, consequential damages of any kind, even if the Community has been advised, knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
In case You receives claims for infringement from third parties, You must inform the Community immediately. The Community may at its own discretion undertake any useful change to the Work in order to deliver the Work free from any third parties rights. In case this is not possible, the availability of the Work will be stopped.
In the event of any claim, suit or proceeding for infringement from third parties, the Community shall have the right, at its option, to assume defence of such action.
Be aware that Your personal data may be used by the Community and automatically processed. The identifying data that You may submit (The Data) will be treated in accordance with the policy on "protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions", based on Regulation (EC) N° 45/2001. This licence may be terminated by the Community if You breach any of its provisions. In such a case, the Community shall give You 30 days notice and opportunity to rectify the infringement but in any case, this termination shall not prevent the Community from claiming any further damages.
The Community reserves the right to release the Work under different license terms or to stop distributing the Work at any time.
This License is governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Licence shall be settled before the competent courts of Brussels.
If any provision of this license is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms of this license.
No Term or provision of this license shall be deemed waived and no breach consented to unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the party to be charged with such waiver or consent.
This license constitutes the entire agreement between the Community and You with respect to the Work licensed hereunder. This license may not be modified without the mutual written agreement of the Community and You.
